- What CSV format?
- Documented columns: Notification Type, Functional Location, Equipment, Short Text, Malfunction Start/End Date (
DD.MM.YYYY) & Time (HH:MM:SS), Breakdown Duration (h), Breakdown Indicator, Cause Code, Reported By, Long Text. Your export may differ — map columns. Not guaranteed against any specific plant system. - SAP / Microsoft / Notion / Gumroad affiliation?
- None. Not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP SE, Microsoft, Notion Labs, or Gumroad. These are Microsoft Excel templates only — not Google Sheets.
- Is this MES or enterprise software?
- No. Offline Excel templates only. Not manufacturing execution (MES), ERP, or enterprise software.
- Who is the seller?
